The images that can be seen here showing my way in the development of my visual ideas, my free image design. I have therefore chosen to display them as a kind of films. They can also be seen enlarged.

The collection is not finished yet. The digitalisation of all the analogue photographs and negatives takes some time.

2012 - 2016

My enthusiasm for LED lights in photography is obvious. I already made thousands of photos and there will be more and more. As soon as the first LED stripes were available, I built the tools by myself in 2012 as there was nothing to buy. The first generation was equipped with cables and external power supplies. The second generation consisted of three-color RGB LED strips. I could also use them with batteries. For the third generation, I installed the power supply within the tools, which was extremely positive in the photograph.
Now I already use the fourth generation in different variants. It has, of course, remote controls for color and time control.
All images in these series have been created without any manipulations in Photoshop.

Je t’aime – moi non plus

It was February 1985. Communication among likeminded peoples. There was no e-mail at the time. Dating apps, of course, also not. The Internet was just invented, useful only towards the end of the 80's, and still very hesitant.
Nevertheless, the question arose again and again: are gays registered?

And then came the Swiss secret files scandal 1989. The federal police and the Federal Prosecutor's Office together with the cantonal police collected about 900,000 observation files (Fichen) about persons and organizations mainly from the left-wing environment.
Are we there too? – Maybe.
