Urbex photo sessions — Photo performances in Berlin, 2013 to 2018

Berlin is and remains an Eeldorado for Urbex-affine photographers. However, many of the old places have already disappeared. But you can still find some places. However, it has become more difficult.

The former Army Clothing Office on the Schwanebecker Chaussee in Berlin-Bernau was great for photography. I was there several times (pictures 2 and 5-8). Now it is being rebuilt: Wie aus einem "Lost Place" ein neuer Stadtteil werden soll.

In Pankow-Heinersdorf there is a magnificent miracle palace, who became famous in many urbex and art circles. It is the round engine shed of the former Royal Railway Directorate, built in 1893. Pictures 3 and 4 are from there.

Now unauthorized entry is really forbidden. More here: Plötzlich ist das Dach komplett repariert.

As you can see here, I also worked with light elements. A larger photo performance was created.

Everything there always remained as it was. We did not intervene on the existing infrastructure – a principle of enthusiastic Urbex-ers.
